Dear Parents/ Guardians,

To ensure the holistic development of students on both academic subjects and sports, our school is going to hold The Sixteenth Annual Athletics Meet on 22^nd and 23^rd February, 2018 (Thursday & Friday) at North District Sports Ground. It will be from 8:05 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on both days. The 26^th February, 2018 (Monday) is a school holiday. Regular school will resume on the next day.

        Since the Athletics Meet is part of the school curriculum, all students must attend the event. Students should also pay attention to the rules specified in the attachment.

        Please complete and return the attached reply slip to the class teacher on 6^th February (Tuesday).
