To strengthen parent-school cooperation, the College is going to hold the Parents’ Day on 28^th November 2020 (Saturday). Parents can have a thorough understanding of their children’s academic performance and conduct. You will receive your child’s First Term Test Report Card when you meet the class teacher(s).

The duration of the Parents’ Day will be lengthened for one hour (i.e. from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) as crowd control measure due to the Covid-19 pandemic. For the parents of cross-border students and those who cannot come in person, online meeting will be scheduled after the face-to-face meeting sections (i.e. starting from about 11:00 a.m.) via Zoom. Please note that the exact time slot will be arranged by the class teachers.

We sincerely invite you to come (Students do not need to attend the meeting). You are scheduled in Group ________ and your meeting time will start from ____________a.m./ p.m. at room            / via Zoom. Should you attend the Parents’ Day, please arrive ten minutes before the session.

You are welcome to use the parking lot. We also have school buses (HK$6 per single journey) taking you to and from the College at a number of stops (please refer to the attached school bus schedule).

Please complete and return the attached reply slip to the class teacher on 17^th November, 2020 (Tuesday).

本校謹定於二零二零年十一月二十八日（星期六）舉行本年度第一次家長日，藉以加強家校之聯繫，讓家長瞭解子女在學業與操行上之表現；而　貴子弟第一學期統測之成績通知單，亦將於會面當天交　台端閱覽。

鑑於疫情關係，為有效控制人流，家長日將延長一小時，即上午八時至下午一時舉行，跨境生及未能到校面見的家長，將獲安排在到校面見時段後(約上午十一時開始)以zoom形式與班主任會面，時間由班主任安排，敬請留意。

誠邀　台端屆時撥冗出席(學生不需出席)。當天　台端列於第　　　組，會見時間由上午　　　　時　　　　　分開始，地點為    室/以zoom形式面見。到校面見的家長請於當天編定時間前十分鐘蒞校。

歡迎使用本校停車場，學校亦安排收費校車(每單程6元)於指定地點接送各家長(詳見附奉之校車班次表)。請  台端填妥回條，於十一月十七日（星期二）前交回班主任，以憑辦理。
