Dear Parents/ Guardians,

As part of the relief measures announced by the Financial Secretary in August 2019, a one-off student grant of $2,500 will be regularized for each secondary day-school, primary school and kindergarten students since the 2020/21 school year. Our school is distributing the application forms on 26^th September, 2022 (Monday). Please note the following items on the application form:

1.      Most students will be given Form B pre-printed with the basic information of the student. You are only required to check the accuracy of the pre-printed information, put a“✓” in the confirmation box at the bottom part of the form and sign to confirm. If some of the pre-printed information on Form B requires updating (information other than Student’s Name in English, Name of school and School Level), please provide the amendment(s) in the space above the relevant information in BLOCK letters using black or blue ball pen, leave the confirmation box blank and submit the application forms to the EDB through schools.

2.      For students who are newly admitted to our school, those without Form B provided by the EDB or with the aforementioned essential particulars (i.e. Name in English, Name of Day-school or School Level) requiring amendment, you should use Form A for application.

Please return the completed reply slip and the application form to the class teachers on 27^th September, 2022 (Tuesday) and 3^rd October, 2022 (Monday) respectively. Should there be any questions, please contact our school at 26567123.
