Dear Parents/ Guardians,

1. Current students of all forms are required to register for the new school year on August 9, 2017 (Wednesday) at the School Hall. The registration period is between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Students must wear proper summer school uniforms. Coach services will be available (please refer to Annex 1).

2. Summer holiday homework has been assigned to students for self-study at home during the holiday (please refer to Annex 2). T. H. Lee Book Co. Ltd. will set up a counter at our College from 9:00a.m. to 1:00p.m.on June 27, 2017 (Tuesday) so that S1 to S5 students can purchase summer holiday exercise books (please refer to Annex 3). Alternatively, you can make purchases at any other bookstores.

3. Booklists for students promoting to S2 to S6 will be distributed in early July. If you would like to place an advance order, you are required to fill in the online order form by July 14, 2017 (Friday). The textbooks you order from T. H. Lee Book Co. Ltd. will be distributed on the Student Registration Day which is scheduled on August 9, 2017 (Wednesday). Alternatively, you may purchase textbooks at any other bookstores.

4. On August 9, 2017 (Wednesday), the class-streaming arrangement and elective allocation results (if applicable) for upcoming S2 to S6 students will be announced. For upcoming S4 students, booklists will be distributed that day and advance order of textbooks can be made after filling in the online order form. Students of other forms are required to fill in the order form and drop it into the designated collection box at our general office if they would like to make an advance order of class-based textbooks. S2 to S6 students will receive the ordered textbooks from T. H. Lee Book Co. Ltd. on September 4, 2017 (Monday).

5. Should there be any class suspension announcements made by the Education Bureau due to adverse weather or other reasons, the above-mentioned activities shall be postponed or rescheduled. For details, please refer to the updates posted on our school’s website.

一﹒本校將於二零一七年八月九日（星期三）於本校禮堂為各級舊生註冊，註冊時間為上午九時至下午一時正，所有同學當天必須穿著整齊夏季校服回校註冊，是日校車公司會提供校車服務 (詳見附件一）。

二﹒為讓同學於暑假期間在家自學、鞏固學業及學習，本校教師特為各級同學準備各項暑期課業(詳見附件二）。教科書供應商天利行將於六月二十七日（星期二）上午九時至下午一時正到校設攤位，方便中一至中五同學購買暑期作業(詳見附件三）。各位家長可於當天著　貴子弟帶同有關款項回校購買有關作業，亦可自行到其他書局購買。

三﹒升中二至中六的書單將在七月初派發。如有意向天利行訂購書籍者可於七月十四日（星期五）或之前填妥網上訂購表格。教科書供應商將安排於八月九日（星期三）舊生註冊日向各級舊生派發已訂購的書籍。各位家長亦可自行到其他書局購買有關書籍。

四﹒升中二至中六的編班及選修科結果 (如適用) 會於八月九日 (星期三) 舊生註冊日公布，升讀中四同學的書單亦會於當天派發。升中四同學，如有意向天利行訂購書籍者可填妥網上訂購表格。其他級別同學如有意向天利行訂購班本用書，可將已填妥的訂購表格投入校務處的收集箱內。天利行將於九月四日(星期一) 向升中二至中六的學生派發於八月九日 (星期三) 訂購的教科書。

五﹒如遇教育局因天氣或其他事故宣佈學校停課，以上事宜將可能會順延舉行或另作安排，詳情將透過學校網頁公佈。
